Service Description

We provide full employee recruitment and management services, including medical and social insurance, salary disbursement, and monthly reports, to ensure a healthy work environment in accordance with Egyptian laws.

Service Overview

·       It is a relationship between three parties, of which Details for Business Solutions is the first party, hereafter referred to as the company, the second party, hereafter referred to as the customer or recipient of the service, and the third party, the employee or worker.

 

·       1. The relationship between the company (the first party) and the employee (the third party):

It is a direct relationship between the employee and the employer without any responsibility to the client. It is regulated by a joint employment contract between the company and the employee, starting from the date of his first work and ending upon the expiration of the contract, the employee’s services or the termination of the project. The third party customer does not bear any responsibility regarding this contract. Details for Business Solutions is the party responsible for insuring the employee medically and socially, creating the work file, and handling all employee affairs and salaries for the employee, as well as opening a bank account to transfer the salary and taking the necessary measures in cases of resignation or termination of the work relationship within the limits of laws and regulations, and all of this is done. Under the umbrella of Details for Business Solutions.


2. The relationship between the company (the first party) and the customer (the second party)

 A services contract between these two parties, which consists of limited basic services that were agreed upon at the time of the contract. These services will be the responsibility of the first party to provide to the second party. Through a contract containing these services during a specific period that is renewed automatically or with the approval of both parties, these services are provided for a specific cost.


3. The relationship between the employee (third party) and the client (second party)

It is an indirect relationship in which the employee or worker is the implementer of the service agreed upon by the second party without having a direct relationship with the client. He implements all the client’s requests as well as preserving confidential information while performing his duties, and preserving the tools used during implementation as well as the client’s property without being tied to him. It has no direct contractual relationship

 

The sector includes the following services: -

·       Concluding contracts for all employees assigned to the client on the strength of Details for Business Solutions.

·       Receive all appointment documents from employees and create a special file for each employee.

·       Taking all necessary measures to insure workers (social - medical - life insurance)

·       Coordinating the initial medical examination process before appointment.

·       Providing an administrative supervisor through Details for Business Solutions, whose role is attached in detail below.

·       Calculating and disbursing salaries and the like to all employees.

·       Calculating and submitting taxes due on salaries.

·       Calculating and supplying social insurance shares for all employees.

·       Submitting a monthly report that includes all salaries and other costs in addition to the company’s commission   (salaries, insurance, transportation allowance, insurance policies, commission..........).

·       Technical tests for drivers, plumbers and electricians will be determined by the company’s engineering department.

·       Ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor and insurance regulations and laws.
